Why Work With              ?

Getting divorced is hard, but dealing with your ex doesn't have to be.

If you’re tired of fighting with your ex, dealing with lawyers and court dates, or constantly having to protect your child from the harsh realities of divorce—then it's time for something different. It's time for a new perspective on divorce that gives you the power to establish peace in your life again.

That’s where I come in. I’m Julie Beckerman, a certified professional coach specializing in high-conflict coparenting and divorce. I will help you navigate the unique issues that come up in divorce proceedings, and can even ghostwrite your messages so you don't have to directly deal with the stress of communicating with ex or their lawyers. I know how important it is for people feeling afraid of their exes (or angry at them) to be able to communicate effectively and avoid escalation- because I’ve been there myself. After spending years struggling with my own high-conflict divorce, I have discovered a fool-proof path to coparenting peacefully- and made it my mission to ensure no one has to go through this alone.

For the last decade, I have provided individuals with a safe space for venting and processing emotions, as well as developing concrete action steps to deal with complex topics like coparenting communication skills, health issues, addiction and anxiety management techniques, self doubt issues—and more! I'll help you develop an effective mindset for achieving goals, managing triggers, identifying toxic behaviors, and teaching you how to- or not to- respond. Ultimately, I am determined to help my clients minimize the time and energy spent dealing with their ex so they can focus on themselves & their children.

"I was always on eggshells with my kids in my own house because I was so scared of what he would say. And now, pardon my French, but to the hell with him. I'm a fantastic Mama and I know it."
